Roxanne L. Bennett

Roxanne L. Bennett, 62, of Coventry Township, Ohio, passed away on July 24, 2024, at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Medical Center. She was born July 26, 1961 in Newcomerstown to the late John and Eleanor (Ahle) Kelly. Roxanne graduated from Newcomerstown High School. She spent a majority of her career at Affinity Hospital in Massillon, and most recently enjoyed working at Shaffer's Market in Portage Lakes where she loved all of her co-workers.
She was married for 44 years to Jerry W. Bennett, Jr., who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Jamie (Todd) Turner and Adam Bennett, all of Coventry Township; granddaughter, Makayla Franklin; her sister, Vonda (Kelly) Thompson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald and Denver Kelly.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday prior to the service from 12 to 1 at Addy Funeral Home.
