Roxanne Alicia Mendoza, 43, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025 in Houston, TX. Born January 18, 1982 to parents Humberto and Debra Mendoza in Houston, Roxanne will be forever remembered as a beautiful, intelligent young lady with a glowing smile that would light up a room. Roxanne is preceded in death by her grandmothers Mary Dorothy Goodrum and Enedina Figueroa Rubio.
Ms. Mendoza is survived by her parents, Humberto and Debra; two sisters, Desiree and Alexis; twin brother, Humberto Issac Mendoza; two aunts, Dorothy and Felicia; the family's special friend Shannon Rossi, and a host of extended family and close friends.
