Roxanne Pickens

Roxanne Pickens was born April 03rd, 1958 to Gwendolyn Pickens and Roscoe Pickens. She departed this life on February 25th 2026 surrounded by Family. She preceded in death by her grandmother Hattie Bell Reagans, mother Gwendolyn Pickens, father Roscoe Pickens, Brothers, Albert Pickens, John Pickens, Vernon Williams, and husband Keith Johnson.

Roxanne lived in Toledo, Ohio for most of her life. She graduated from Jessup W. Scott High School in 1976, Where she went on to college at Bowling Green State University where she studied Psychology. Just recently she enrolled back in school for her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She was a year shy of graduating. Roxanne was an avid game player, and she loved the Pittsburgh Steelers. She also loved creating artwork.

Roxanne is survived by her 3 children, Monique D. Pickens (Timothy), Leland M.D. Pickens Sr, Ashley L. Pickens. Sisters: Delores K. Pickens (Anthony) Ella M. Pickens, Brothers: Kevin Pickens Sr. (Peaches), and Alexander Pickens (Trina) Roxanne also leaves behind 8 Grandchildren Timjiona, Leland Jr, Talaysia, Isaiah, Elijah, Dezmin, Jaylin, Willie IV, a host of nieces, and nephews, and 3 best friends Pamela Brown, Kim Boyd and Juanita Alexander.
