Roy R. Budz, 77, beloved husband of Sandra (nee Pavelka); father of Robert Budz, Kimberly (fiancee Ronnie) Heidemann, and Timothy Graham; son of the late Samuel and late Frances (nee Sira); brother to the late Don (late Elaine) Budz, Lois (Ed) Nealis, Allan, and late Thomas Budz; loving uncle and great-uncle to many; loving Daddy to furbaby Jack.
Roy was an "A" engineer for Jardine Purification Plant, and spent 10 years with the Chicago Park District. His passion was his family, fishing, and the love of trains. Despite his disability, he enjoyed life, had a great sense of humor, and loved with all his heart.
Family and friends will gather Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 5 until 8:00 pm at Walter Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street, Chicago. A service will be held at 7:00 pm. (773)927-6424.
