Roy Christopher Obituary
Roy Mason Christopher, age 66, of Cumming, GA., passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Desser Christopher; brothers, Charles, Harold and James Christopher; brother- in- law, Gene Poteete; father-in-law, Joe West. Family was very important to him with his wife being first then his children and grandchildren. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. Roy was an exterminator and had worked for Forsyth Exterminating for over 15 years.
He is survived by wife of 43 years, Valerie Christopher; children, Jessica and Errynn Woodall, Jennifer and Aaron Armstrong, Josh and Melissa Christopher; grandchildren, Islah, Gage, Blake, Layla, Rose, Hudson and Gunner; brother and sister in law, Gary and Dianne Christopher; sisters and brother- in- law, Carolyn and Albert Harrison, Mary Alice Poteete; mother -in-law, Mary West; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Larry and Kathy Wilbanks, Robert and Lisa Riddle; many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Armstrong’s home at 7410 Colony Court, Cumming, GA.30041, on Friday, February 6, 2026, between the hours of 3 pm and 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his wife, Valerie, for further needs in the future.
