Roy Lee Clark, Jr., born on May 16, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, passed away on July 3, 2024, in Kaufman, Texas. Roy was a passionate racing enthusiast, dedicating his time to racing cars, building race cars for his son, attending races, and watching them on TV. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cherished moments with his family, especially his grandchildren. Roy was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters: Lavangla Faye Raymond, Mittie Marie Clinard, Alta Lee Wright, and Sarah Katherine Clark.
Roy is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Clark; sons, Bobby Clark and wife Amanda, and Roy Lee Clark, III and wife Lacey. He was a proud grandfather to Madison Cates and spouse J.T., Alexander Clark and spouse Avery, Joshua Lee Clark and spouse Abbie, Zane Clark, Elizabeth Clark, Asher Clark, Leo Clark, Ella Clark, Rowan Clark, Jude Clark, Landry Clark, Kaylee Clark, and Casey Clark. Roy also leaves behind great-grandchildren Thomas Cates, Rory Cates, Bentley Clark, and Jackson Lee Clark. He is also survived by his sisters, Carol Jean and spouse Glen, and Frances Cotten and spouse James and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 3, 2024, in the Corley Magnolia Chapel.
