Mr. Roy Croff

CROFF, Mr. Roy - Age 75, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Kith Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Croff will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2025. Interment Gracelawn Cemetery, 5710 N. Saginaw St. Mr. Roy Lee Croff was born August 23, 1949 in Newton County, Mississippi, the son of Frank James and Bessie Croff. Roy was a resident of Flint, Michigan and married his true love, Linda Croff. He was employed as a plumber. Roy enjoyed fishing and watching cowboy shows with his wife. Mr. Roy Lee Croff leaves to cherish his memory: loving wife of 43 years, Linda Croff; 2 step-daughters, Kawanne Armstrong and Barbie (Terry) Douglas; grandchildren, Nathaniel Armstrong, Kendra Armstrong, Demetrice Tims, Brandon Tims, Markita Tims of Atlanta, GA, Keyanna Tims and Brianna Tims; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mary Ann (Charles) Davies of Arkansas and Jewel Lee Tingle of North Carolina; 2 brothers, Charles Croff of Newton, MS and Melvin (Sheila) Croff; special nephew, Jerry (Karen) Croff; brother-in-law, Jon Armstrong; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Gene Summers, Herbert Gulledge and James Walton. Mr. Croff was preceded in death by his parents, Frank James and Bessie Croff; 3 sisters, Bessie, Lenora and Betty Jean; 3 brothers, Billy Howard, Frank Croff and James Croff; 5 sisters-in-law; and 3 brothers-in-law.
