Roy served his community with dedication, holding the esteemed position of deacon at his past church, where he shared his faith and support with those around him. His commitment to family, friends, and his faith was evident in all that he did.
Friends and family are invited to gather to honor his memory. A viewing will be held on January 20, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Following this, a funeral service will take place on January 21, 2026, 11:00 AM at Rising Star Baptist Church, also in Dallas.
Roy leaves behind a joyful legacy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. His memory will continue to inspire laughter and love, reflecting the vibrant life he led.
