I am in shock that this young man, who was a beacon of light to so many, is no longer here! I was blessed to spend time with him and his younger sister, Sherry, while his older sister, Val, was in the hospital. I found him to be very genuine, easy to talk to, caring, loving, and deeply rooted in his faith! I am both sad and glad on certain levels. Sorry that he's gone, and this family has been through so much, but happy because he's in the arms of our Holy Father. Also, I heard about his Dad having a significant life event in a couple of days. To God be the glory! It is the Sovereign One who will comfort you through all of your brokenness. He will NEVER leave you nor forsake you. We'll see Lee in the morning.

Roy was my classmate and he was definitely the life of the party. I can still see his grin and his contagious smile. Take peace in knowing that he fought the good fight, he kept the faith, and he finished his course. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you peace that surpasses all understanding today and un the days to come.
