Roy Scearce Obituary
Roy was a man known for his warmth, his faith, and his unforgettable sense of humor. He delighted in making others laugh and found genuine joy in seeing smiles around him. His laughter was easy, his spirit kind, and his presence comforting to those who knew him.
A devoted man of faith, Roy was rarely seen without his Bible close at hand. His beliefs guided his life and shaped the way he treated others.
Roy is survived by his loving mother, Marie Scarce of Trinity; his sister, Connie Greer of Trinity; and many family members and friends who will cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Scarce Sr.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 16, 2026, in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Burial will follow the service at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery in High Point, NC.
Roy Allen Scarce will be remembered for his faith-filled life, his gentle heart, and the laughter he so freely shared with others.
