Roy Schmitt Obituary
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 12, 1941, he was the son of the late Ray and Margaret Schmitt.
Roy was a long time Mars chiropractor and owner of Mars Chiropractic.
He was a past-president of the Mars School Board and had served on the Board of Directors of Penn Mar Plaza.
A member of the Mars United Presbyterian Church and was also a member of John E. Mair Lodge 729 F. & A.M. and the Syria Shrine and Consistory.
Surviving are his wife, Janice Nicklas Schmitt, two daughters, Dana Schmitt and Linda Stanell, both of St. Petersburg, FL., a step-daughter, Janine Jones of Middlesex Twp., a sister, Lynn Mason in Florida, a nephew, Gary Massimino of Hampton Twp., and his sister-in-law, Alliene Lees (Jim) of Mars.
At Roy's request all arrangements are private under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA and condolences for the family are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mars United Presbyterian Church.
