Royce Glasgow Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home, Inc. on Feb. 15, 2026.
Royce A. Glasgow, age 90, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Trafford, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Born April 5, 1935, in Allemans, Pennsylvania; Royce was the son of the late Leroy and Ruth (Curry)Glasgow. He proudly served as a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to his retirement, Royce worked as a warehouseman for Oscar Mayer and later for ServiceMaster of Pitcairn. He was known as a dedicated and loyal employee, continuing to work full-time into his mid-70s. Royce was preceded in death by his loving wife, Roseanne McCoy Glasgow, and his siblings, Lawrence Glasgow, Lois Adams, and Cathy Theodose, who Royce considered his sister. He is survived by his two daughters, Pamela Glasgow and Renee Gilmartin (Jake); his grandchildren, Mandie Reusch, Ryan Reusch-Sivic (Kailyn) and twins Luke Sivic and Adam Sivic; and his great-grandchildren Colt and Salem. He will be dearly missed by his sister-in-law, Veronica Topper (the late Bob), and brother-in-law, Mike McCoy (Roby). In addition, he leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Royce was especially grateful to his nephew Ron Topper and nieces Amy Orsini and Richele Stough, who visited him often and held a special place in his heart. Royce always considered Allemans, Pennsylvania, his true home. He was blessed to return to his family homestead in recent years, where he enjoyed sitting on the front porch reminiscing about his younger days. He was deeply thankful to those who stopped by to visit and made him feel as though he had never left. His ashes will be returned to the place he lovingly called home. A celebration of life will be held at a future date in Allemans, also known locally as Allemansville. There will be no visitation, and services will be private in accordance with Royce's wishes. The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Suncrest Hospice for their compassionate support. Arrangements are entrusted to the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc. 702 7th Street, Trafford, 412-372-3111. www.dobrinickfhinc.com
