Royce Sexton Hanberry Jr.

Royce Hanberry, age 78, of Wyoming, MI left us on Friday, February 6, 2026, after a long illness. He is now with his heavenly father walking, running, breathing easy, and full of life. He came to know Jesus as his Saviour at an early age and lived his life in faith and devotion. He is greatly missed by his family and loyal friends, including wife, Barbara Lyn Hanberry; children, Ryan (Ashley) Hanberry, Robin (PJ) Hanberry, Justin (Taylor) Hanberry; 12 grandchildren; sister, Pamela (David) Cole; stepchildren, Nathan Heydenburg, Corinna Heydenburg; four step-grandchildren. Royce was preceded in death by his sister, Jerry Faye Jones. A private family graveside service will be held at Rest Lawn Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Royce's life at memorial service on Saturday, February 14, at 11 AM at Wyoming Park Bible Fellowship Church, 2260 Porter St. SW, Wyoming, MI 49519. Pastor John Dubois will officiate. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 10 - 11 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyoming Park Bible Fellowship Church.
