Rozanne (Johnson) Jensen, age 66, of Logan, Utah, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2024, after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. She was born on July 18, 1958, in Roosevelt, Utah, and was adopted as a baby by Reed and Doreen Johnson. She grew up in Logan, Utah, and later lived in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Denver, Colorado, and Roosevelt, Utah, before returning to Logan in 1981.
On January 25, 1985, Rozanne married Chad Jensen in Logan, Utah. Together, they raised a family and built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Rozanne was a vibrant and lively woman who loved playing billiards, enjoying keno, and spending time with her beloved dogs. Her resilience and joyful spirit were evident throughout her life, even as she battled Parkinson's Disease for over 12 years. In her final year, her health declined significantly, but she remained surrounded by her family and loved ones until the end.
Rozanne is preceded in death by her parents, Reed and Doreen Johnson, her brother Rudy Johnson, and her son, Troy Herrick Jensen. She is survived by her devoted husband, Chad Jensen, her children Reed Jensen, Annette Jensen, Gary Garner, Tony Garner, and her sister Ondrea.
A funeral service to honor Rozanne's life will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 E 400 N, Logan, UT. A viewing will take place from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Hyrum City Cemetery.
