Mrs. Ruby Ann Johnson Barron of Hawkinsville, passed away on November 14, 2025 at the age of 81, she was born June 16,1944. A celebration of life visitation will be held at Brannen NeSmith Funeral Home in Unadilla, Ga. on Monday November 17 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Mrs. Ruby was a native of Pulaski County and was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was a retired banker having worked for the Bank of Georgia in Atlanta, Ga. She loved cooking and spending time with her family and loved her dog and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ruby Black Johnson and several brothers and sisters.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Rufus Butler Barron of Hawkinsville, Ga. and son, Brian (Judy) Barron also of Hawkinsville, Ga.
