Survived by one son, Jacob and Melissa Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Melvin and Doris Oney of West Chester, Ohio, Talmage Wayne and Juanita Oney of Nicholasville, Kentucky, four sisters, Evie Reed, Patty Arnatt, Brenda Benton all of Salyersville, Kentucky Ruth Oney of Morehead, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Leah and Austin Cole, Tyler Arnett, one great granddaughter, Adaline Cole, several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ruby is preceded in death by her husband, Joey Arnett.
Ruby was the youngest of seven children. She loved all her family with all her heart, always concerned about them all. She had a heart of gold and would give you the last thing she had. She was a wonderful daughter to her parents, wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister to all if us. Ruby will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved her. Ruby gave her heart to the Lord, and we will see her again in heaven. We love you.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 10, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Neil Carty and Floyd Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in the Edgar Oney Cemetery at Upper White Oak, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Sunday, November 09, 2025 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
