Mrs. Ruby Catherine Graham, age 99, of Westmoreland, TN, went home to be with the Lord on October 13, 2024. She was born January 13, 1925 in Red Boiling Springs, TN to the late Hanson Meador and Lue Rushia Patterson Meador.
Mrs. Ruby Catherine was saved as a 13 year old girl at Sunrise in Macon County, TN. She was a member of Old Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. She was a Godly woman who loved the Lord, and she was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend. She loved her family dearly and they will miss her greatly.
Known as "RC" by her childhood friends, she was proud of her simple raising in the Sunrise Community of Macon County and loved to tell stories of her childhood. She didn't care much for worldly riches and was content with serving God and her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Floyd Graham.
She is survived by her children, Gale Perry (Doug) and Linda Craft (Dan George); her grandchildren, Cheryl Graves (Michael), Dana Perry, Travis Slayton (Becky), Kevin Slayton (Candice) and Cole Craft and Laramie George; her great-grandchildren, Megan Hines (Scott), Allison Carter (Cory), Perry Brown (Sarah), Hoster Slayton and Audrey Slayton; her great-great grandchildren, Khloe, Sophia, Baylen, Deegan, Stella and Raelynn.
Funeral services for Mrs. Graham will be conducted on Thursday, October 17th @ 11AM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Slayton and Bro. Patrick Eller officiating. Interment will follow in the Sumner Memorial Gardens. Serving as active pallbearers will be Hoster Slayton, Cody Craft, Cory Carter, Perry Brown, Scott Hines and Robert Eller.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, October 16th from 2PM till 8PM and again on Thursday, October 17th from 9AM till service time at 11AM at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one.
