My beloved friend! Still missing you and all the occasions we shared!

Ruby was a champion for righteousness and justice, a peacemaker who brought justice to literally thousands of people who came seeking hope, fairness, and justice in her decades at the chief conciliator at the EEOC. She was fierce but kind, smart but warm and unflappable, with a special genius at sizing up human nature and getting to the heart of deep-seated workplace and person in crisis in problem. I started the same day as Ruby, in the days when she was also an amateur pilot, and I left to became a judge decades later--I will treasure her memory. Love you Ruby, your memory is cherished. You will be deeply missed.

To the family,
You're in my thought and prayers.
Ruby was a true sister to me (from another Mother). She was my Young & The Restless and The Bold & Beautiful soap-opera watching friend, my crab-leg eating friend, my Tobie's cinnamon roll friend, my Pneumbra Theatre friend, my penny Pokeno game friend and any national holiday friend. We did so many things together. I will certainly, certainly miss her, but God called His angel home. She took a chance on having a better quality of life. God saw her struggling and has given her that quality of eternal life. Rest in Heaven, "Sister".
