Ruby Louise Kelley

Ruby Louise Kelly, 91, of Monroe, LA, passed away on October 15, 2024 surrounded by her children.
Louise was born February 28, 1933, to parents Claude and Ruby Blakley. She was the oldest of 7 children. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kelley, of Parkdale, AR; and her brother, Marvin Blakley, of West Monroe.
Louise is survived by her five children: Eddie Wayne Horton, Debbie Horton, Marie Pesnell, Bobby Johnston, and Sandy Evans. She has numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers, Melvin and Harold; and sisters, Claudia, Virginia Ann, and Diane.
Louise was a talented painter and always enjoyed ceramics, sewing, quilting, and gardening. She loved doing anything that involved arts and crafts.
At Louise's request, no formal funeral service will be held. Instead, the family encourages friends and loved ones to remember and celebrate the cherished moments they shared with her.
