Mr. Robert is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings. He is survived by his loving wife Jettie Helms, his children Redonda Casterline, Robbie Helms Jr., Scott Helms, and Aimee Helms, along with several grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Bob served in the US Army and served proudly. He was a retired Baptist Pastor. Born in Laramie WY but was raised in Utah. Bob was an avid outdoorsman and loved the Utah mountains. His happy place was being out in nature. After migrating to Louisiana several years ago, he met the love of his life Jettie and enjoyed 17 years of marriage. He loved to cook and had a great since of humor. But the most of his love was when He and Jettie shared morning conversations with lots of laughter on a daily basis.
