Born on February 26, 1937, in Hartsville, Georgia, to Percy and Minni Harrell, Ruby dedicated her life to caring for those she loved as a devoted homemaker and talented seamstress. She found happiness in life's simple pleasures, especially baking, camping, and spending time with her church community, where she particularly cherished participating in Sunday School crafts.
Ruby was preceded in death by her siblings: Catherine, Harry, Willie, Bud, Glenn, Ralph, and Windle.
