Anna Lenamon Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Central Florida Casket Store and Funeral Chapel on Feb. 24, 2026.
With heavy hearts but profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Anna Maria Lenamon, who left us peacefully on February 23, 2026, at the age of 81. Anna was born on December 3, 1944, in the bustling city of Manhattan, NY, to her dearly loved parents, Anthony and Elizabeth Adesso, who have since passed on.

Anna's life was a testament to love, commitment, and passion for both family and career. In 1963, she married her beloved Bernard Lenamon in New York City, a union that began on a serendipitous blind date orchestrated by her cherished friend, Mary Hildebrand, and her husband Lee. This beautiful partnership flourished over decades, marked by unwavering support and deep affection.

Together, Anna and Bernard built a family filled with love and laughter. Anna's legacy lives on in her five devoted sons: Christopher, Terrance (with wife Gloria), Timothy, Nicklaus (with wife Denise), and Anthony. Her nurturing spirit and wisdom were also shared with her five adoring grandchildren, who will carry forward her values and memories.

In her professional life, Anna was a trailblazer. She enjoyed a fulfilling career as a trainer and officer at a prominent bank, where she not only excelled but inspired those around her. Her colleagues remember her as a dedicated mentor, always ready to offer guidance and encouragement.

Beyond her career, Anna was a woman of many talents. She took immense pride in her creative pursuits, particularly in her authorship of "The Mysteries of Tom Kane Private Eye," a book that showcased her imaginative storytelling and love for mystery and adventure. Her literary work remains a testament to her vibrant intellect and curiosity.

Anna's warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends have left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her life was a symphony of joy, underpinned by a strong foundation of faith, love, and hope. She was a beacon of strength and grace, whose light continues to shine through those she leaves behind.
