Ruby Jane Powers

Jane was born on April 23rd, 1933, to the late William Cavness and Mary Caviness . She passed away on September 23, 2025, at NHC nursing home.

Jane was a member at Milan Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She worked at ITT and the Milan Arsenal. She was known for always cutting up and her homemade fried pies.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Corrine, Johnny, and Olene, her husband of 70 years, Edward "Ed" Powers, a granddaughter, Debbie Yates, her Daughter-In-Law, Sally Powers, and a great-Grandchild, Matthew Powell.

Jane is survived by her children, Donna (Ted) Yates of Medina, JoAnne (Stan) Wood and Randy Powers, both of Milan; and grandchildren Doug Yates, Dan Yates, Nan Dautermann, Shea Ricketts, Mary Hudson, Kelli Moore, and Amy Powell. She also leaves behind 17 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
