Ruby Earline Reid

Earline Reid, age 83, of Temple, TX passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday, October 28, 2024, at Cornerstone Gardens care facility. She was born on June 29, 1941, to parents William Earnest and Ida Beatrice (Warren) Taylor in the small community of Joe Lee.
She went to school and was a graduate of Rogers High School. Earline stayed in the Rogers area and raised her family, until moving to Temple about 30 years ago. She was a very loving and caring person and was very proud of her family. Earline was affiliated with the Rogers 1st Baptist Church and was devoted to her Lord and is now in his loving arms with all the angels above.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Helen Cryer, and brothers Alfred Taylor and Raymond Taylor.
Earline is survived by her sons, Mark Reid, Ray Reid, Jay Reid and wife Donna, and Heath Reid. She leaves behind 2 sisters Ernestine Brown and Rita Jones, and a brother Terry Taylor. Earline was very blessed to have 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, and one more on the way. She also was loved by numerous nieces and nephews, all who knew and loved her will miss her deeply. We can all be consoled by the fact that she is reunited with her family and friends in Heaven and her love will always shine down upon all left behind.
Services for Earline will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024, with a visitation to start at 10 o'clock and funeral service to follow at 11o'clock at the Rogers First Baptist Church. She will be interred at the Rogers Cemetery following the service.
