Rudolph James Ringgold, affectionately known as Deacon, Elder Ringgold, aka 'Rudie" was called to his heavenly home on October 27,2025 at Compass Hospice in Centreville, Md with his devoted wife by his side.

Rudolph was born on November 18,1932 in Pond town, Md to the late Edward and Annie (Hines)

Ringgold. He had two brothers Linwood "Dick "Ringgold, Rockwell "Fred" and one sister Elsie Mae Ringgold Jeffers (Sis).Rudolph was known for just staying at home where he enjoyed sports and working around the house. His yard had to be just right; everything had to be clean and neat even his cars. Rudolph received his formal education from Pondtown segregated Elementary and Middle Grade School. He was employed by Schultz Mobile Homes in Elkton, Md, The People's Bank where he cleaned for several years and Campbell Soup where he was a machine operator for 32 years, where he later retired and he was given the name "Mr. Clean."

In 1966 Rudolph met his love of his life, Rosalie Betty Tilghman, and on October 10, 1970, they were married and this union continued for over 55 years until his passing. Rudolph never wanted his Rosie out of his sight. Rudolph was quiet and a man of few words, but when he spoke, he meant business. Elder, Deacon, Trustee as he wore so many hats in the kingdom of God. He served well as a faithful servant and was an active member of the United Church of Deliverance for over 20 years, Founder Bishop George and Lillian Blake. The Gospel Church of God founder Bishop CW. Cotton, Bishop Ronald T. Fisher which is now Faith Life Church and The Potters House Ministries Founder, Bishop Charles M. Tilghman where he served until his passing. Whatever Rudolph did he wanted God's house to be clean and glorified as his own.

Rudolph was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Annie (Hines) Ringgold, his sister Elsie Mae Jeffers, his two brothers Linwood "Dick" Ringgold, Rockwell "Fred" Ringgold and a niece, two nephews and great -grand daughter. Rudolph leaves a legacy

and is survived by his wife Rosalie B. Ringgold, Alvin (Vanessa), Shonette and Michelle(Shelly) of Chestertown, Md, Antionette and

Donita of Ransom, West Virginia, Van (Lourenda) of Dover Delaware, Archie of Germany, Zip of Baltimore, Nina of Atlanta

GA, Rosalind and Myra of Wilmington. One brother-in-law Bishop Charles Tilghman (Shirley) five sister in- laws Lucille, Maude, Valentina, Dorothy (Walter)and Thelma and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, cousins, friend's

nieces, nephews and two of his closest friends James Phillips and Ronald Demby.
