Age 78, Died December 5, 2025 at the age of 78. Born July 30, 1947 in Muir, Michigan. Rudy worked as Mason Brick Layer and he was a meticulous, hard worker who retired from the Union. Rudy loved his family and he will be missed by all who remember him. Preceding him in death were his father, Elias Cortez, Sr.; mother, Frances (Reina) Cortez; sisters, Gloria, Olivia; brothers, Elias Jr., Carl, Ruben, Chach, and Ricky; nephew, Nick.
Rudy is survived by his wife, Vicki Cortez; nephew, Elias Jr., brothers, Tony (Kim) Cortez, Jane & Mark Liphey, Jim & Sue Tissue, grandchildren, Sheena, Shane, Ava, Bella, Cloe, Chase, Regan, Michelle Cline, Heather Edwards, Chad Cline.
