Dr. Rudy T. Garcia, age 76, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary K (Kay) Garcia; sisters Yolanda Cantu, JoAnn Pacheco, Lulu Norman, Lisa Kinsley; and brothers, Raymond Garcia, James Garcia, and Roy Garcia. He was preceded in death by his sisters Velma Edwards, Anita Walts; brothers, Arturo Garcia, Jr., Lionel Garcia and parents Arturo Garcia, Sr., and Baudelia Garcia.

Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from four o'clock until five o'clock in the afternoon with a memorial service starting at five o'clock on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Bradshaw Carter Funeral Home, 1734 W. Alabama St. in Houston.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory be directed to either the American Red Cross or to Humane World for Animals at https://secure.humaneworld.org
