Russell Britt Obituary
Mr. Britt was born February 25, 1935 in Tucker, GA. He was a 1952 graduate of Tucker High School. Mr. Britt was a veteran of the U.S. Army in 1959 in Okinawa, Japan. He retired as Manager of Boyle Midway after 40 years of service. Mr. Britt was a member of Peachtree Road Baptist Church. He loved gardening and loved Christmas music and listened to it a lot.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at Peachtree Road Baptist Church, Suwanee, GA, with Pastor Jay Reed, and Rev. Austin Reed officiating. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at Peachtree Road Baptist Church Cemetery, Suwanee, GA.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA. Mr. Britt will also Lie in State at the Church on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. until time of service at 3:30 p.m.
