It's hard to hear that Russ is gone. We were best friends from 4th grade thru high school and beyond. Most of the time it was Russ, Curtis Hill, Dennis Yonce and me hanging out..sometime a few others (Gary, Spot, John, Scott...). We would get into mischief ALL the time together. I really miss those days and wish we had kept in touch. I will treasure the memories that we made. My heart is heavy.

I still can't believe ol' Russ is gone. Was just texting with him on that Sunday afternoon. Russ had the biggest heart..... a big sense of humor.... always putting others first before his own needs.
Once the reality of it sinks in, I'm really going to miss that big guy!

I am deeply saddened by this loss and pass my condolences to his family. I worked with him at PRMC, I was a Transporter during evening hours so interacted with Russ frequently. He showed me the Central Stores well enough to handle anything in case he wasnt there. I recall coming down on slow nights just to chit chat with him! He was funny, caring, extremely hardworking. He loved what he did and who he worked with. I hope his hard work does not go unnoticed.
