Russell and Joanne were wonderful neighbors. Russell always had a twinkle in his eye and a warm smile when he greeted you. Some of our fondest memories are summer evenings when all the families would be outside watching the kids play. Russell and Joanne worried about the kids just like any "Noni" would. He had a big heart and a wonderful sense of humor that we will all greatly miss.

We will miss Russ so very much. He was a big part of our monthly school luncheons. He was a part of our fond memories of growing up in Sacramento
