He was born on July 20, 1974, in Cumberland, MD to Richard Howard Edwards of Short Gap, WV and Robin Elizabeth (Detrick) Stonebreaker of Williamsport, MD.
Rusty was a 1992 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport, MD.
He was previously employed by D.M. Bowman.
Rusty previously attended Hub City Vineyard.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his stepfather Charles W. "Chuck" Stonebreaker of Williamsport, MD; children Aleshia M. Hughes, Isaiah C. Edwards, Richard H. Edwards, Amylia N. Edwards, Damien C. Edwards, and Camden D. Edwards; sisters Karrie A. Lewis, Nicole E. Kelley, and Sarah M. Edwards; brothers Cody R. Edwards and Charles M. "Chuckie" Stonebreaker; grandchildren Ace, Kingston, Leia, and Linkin.
He was predeceased by his brothers Jason M. Edwards and Dennis E. "Denny" Stonebreaker.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Rusty was always a positive person. I can't not describe just one thing positive about Rusty there are many to share. Thoughts and Prayers sent to the family. RIP Buddy.
