Rusty Allen Miller

Per Rusty’s request cremation will take place and there will be no services at this time, the family plans to have a BBQ sometime in the near future.

Rusty was born on January 22, 1975 at Lamar, Colorado to Robert “Bud” Thombs and Gladys Miller and passed away on May 23, 2025 at the Pathways of Northern Colorado Hospice Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado with his family by his side at the age of 50.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Grandma Lillie Groomer, brothers Rodney Miller and Rocky Thombs, aunts and uncles Darlene and Curly Culberth, Eloise and Gerbing Cornelius, Margaret and Randy Richardson, Tillie and Sparky Kenner, Ralph and Bert Groomer and Lewis Groomer.

Rusty is survived by his son Aiden Harrod of Syracuse, KS, siblings Tammy (Charlie) Jara of Greeley, CO, Glenn Miller of Guthire, OK, Bobby Ralstin of Greeley, CO, Tracy (Randy) Moore of Lamar, CO, Tommi (Rick) Banta of Cotopaxi, CO, Brandy (Bill) Mapes of Lamar, CO, Connie (Anthony) Maestas of Lamar, CO, Janiel Thombs of Lamar, CO and Jolynn (Marty) Hall of Canon City, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends who became family to Rusty.

Rusty is up there having a great reunion.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Rusty Miller Memorial Fund at Northern Colorado Crematory Funeral home in Greeley, Colorado by calling 970-205-9981 or mailing them to 700 8th St, Greeley, CO 80631 under Rusty miller or you can contact his sister Tammy Jara to donate as well.
