Ruth V. Belkey

Ruth V. Belkey, 96, of Forks Twp., passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson campus. Born in Easton on February 5, 1929, she was a daughter of the late William F. and Evelyn M. (Rape) Belkey.
Ruth worked as supervisor for several metal fabrication factories including Tung SO, Olympic Products, and AT&T, retiring in 1985. Ruth was also the shop steward for IBEW for many years. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Forks Twp.
She is survived by her son, Larry L. Belkey of Williams Twp.; grandson, Scott M. Belkey; great grandchildren, Evelyn and Emily Belkey; brother, Howard Gearinger of Virginia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved friend, Patricia Banus; a sister, Dorothy Lerch; and a brother, William Belkey.
Arrangements are under the care of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) Interment will be held privately at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
