Ruth Ann Bryan

Ruth Ann Bryan, age 75, of Morrison, TN, passed from this life Saturday, January 24, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Bryan was born October 4, 1950, to her late parents Harry and Wilma Bruce in Madison, TN. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and was employed by the TN Department of Human Services for 32 years. She was a member of The Daughters of the American Revolution. Ruth Ann was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, McMinnville, TN. She was devoted to her Faith, Family Values and Patriotism. Ruthann enjoyed cross-stitching and researching her ancestral heritage. In October 1971, she married the love of her life, William Bryan.

Mrs. Bryan is survived by her husband of 54 years, William Bryan; sons, Thomas Matthew (Eleanor) Bryan, Nashville, TN, and William Adam (Megan) Bryan, Manchester, TN; daughter, Marcie Ann (David) Hillis, Spencer, TN; grandchildren, William Mitchell (Lorryn) Wilson, Spencer, TN, Robert Clay (Precious) Wilson, Henderson, NV, Julia Ruth Bryan, Birmingham, AL, Carmen Elizabeth Bryan, Nashville, TN, Matthew Bonner Bryan, Nashville, TN, Davy Winslow Hillis, Spencer, TN, Mary Grace Bryan, Nashville, TN, William Tucker Bryan, Manchester, TN, Levi Simmons Bryan, Manchester, TN, Adeline Ann Bryan, Manchester, TN; great grandchildren, William Walker Wilson, Spencer, TN, and Ian Michael Wilson, Spencer, TN.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 30, 2026, from 1:00pm until 3:00pm, with funeral services following at 3:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Liver Foundation, Tennessee (ALF) or The First Presbyterian Church, McMinnville, TN.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
