Ruth Crabtree Obituary
Ruthann Crabtree, 70, passed away on Thursday March 21, 2024, at UPMC Chautauqua.
Ruthann was born June 29, 1953, in Jamestown New York, the daughter of the late Edwin and Elvera Whiting.
Ruthann worked as a waitress for many years at Liscandro"s restaurant as well as Deans Restaurant.
Ruthann had many friends throughout the years. She will be remembered as the life of the party. She liked bingo, plants and hosting holidays when family was in town. For many years she was a bowler and played softball.
She is survived by her 3 children Kimm (Glenn) Weaver of Frewsburg New York, Ron (Elizabeth) Powers of Jamestown and Susan (Mathew) Fail of Mooresville, N.C. 3 sisters, Anna Whiting of Olean, Debbie (Jerry) Bradford of Texas and Nancy Whiting of Union City PA.
She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Brianna, Jonathan, Raegan, Bake and Gavin Along with 2 great grandchildren, Ayden and Sadie
She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson Dillon Mathew Fail.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi's Hubert Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
