Ruth Louise Elliott

Ruth Louise Elliott age 94, of Crawfordville, Florida entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the September 17, 2025. Louise was born in Atlanta, Georgia on August 8, 1931, to Floyd and Vera Burell. Louise was married to George Sanders Elliott for 67 years until his death on December 28, 2022. Louise was a member of Mount Harmony Baptist Church where she worked in the mother's morning out program. She also spent many years teaching children's Sunday school classes. Louise graduated from Sugar Hill High School in Sugar Hill, Georgia. Louise attended Massey Business College in Atlanta, Georgia. Louise is preceded in death by her sisters Joyce Bagley, Ann Piper, and Virginia Pass. She is survived by her daughter Sandy McGrath (Tim), son Dale Elliott (Michele), granddaughters Stacy Andrews (Jay), Melissa Gooch, Autumn King (Micheal), Lindy Sellers (Austin), and by her great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren who brought her endless joy. Louise's deepest love was for her family. She will be remembered for her strong faith in Jesus, her thoughtfulness, and generosity.
