Ruth Farrell Obituary
Preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Dick; mother, Dorothy; siblings Betty Lou, Robert, Donnie, and Duane.
Survived by children Jeff, Rich (Olga), and Sandra (Todd); grandchildren Katlyn (Matt), Ellie, Marcela, Gabby, Natalie, Samuel, Sophia, and Charles; great grandchildren Lena and Rosie; siblings Allen, Charb (Faith), Rick (Kathy) and Mary Kay; and many relatives and friends.
Ruth's life was defined by her devotion to her family – her "greatest joy." She had an undeniable green thumb and always had a home full of beautiful plants and flowers. A few of her favorite things were trees, rocks, bottles, crystal, oranges, and family pictures. She found great comfort and purpose serving at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.
Ruth will be laid to eternal rest next to her husband at Fort Snelling Cemetery in the Spring.
