These beautiful flowers on my grandma's casket don't shine a light compared to the beautiful person she was. I remember spending summers with her as a child into my early teens and she would always make me laugh and was willing to play games with me, like hide & seek. We would play board games and do puzzles, and she even would go out and throw a ball to me so I could hit it with a bat. I enjoyed those times with my grandma and will always look back on them fondly. I am only sad that my own children did not get to know her as well as I did, but she was still a wonderful great-grandmother to them.
