Nadine Jones, 90, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026, at her home.
A memorial service for Nadine will be held at a later date.
She was born in Cleburne on July 27, 1935, the daughter of Leila Elizabeth (Denton) and Sam Byrd Hazlett.
Nadine married Bill Jones in Cleburne at Field Street Baptist Church on March 15, 1956. Together they raised their daughter, Jackie and their son, Steve in a home filled with her wonderful cooking and memorable Sunday dinners which grew to include grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family was everything to her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gene Hazlett; and sister, Willene Anderson.
Nadine is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, Bill Jones; daughter, Jackie Easdon and husband, Grady; Steven Jones and wife, Rena; grandchildren, Lindsay Cheek and husband, Ray, Amy Beskow and husband, Joel, Ethan Jones and wife, Alyssa, Ty Jones and wife, Rudi, and Abby Jones; great grandchildren, Jordan Cheek, Cassidy, Elliott, and Andrew Beskow, Teddy and Henry Jones, and Emmy Jones; great-great grandson, Jonah Cheek; sister, Janey Johnson; and many other family members and friends.
