She was born on October 3,1927 in Orange, NJ, the daughter of the late Edward Lane and Mary (Lind) Lane.
Ruth was a longtime resident of Parsippany, NJ for 65 years.
She was a homemaker, who loved her children and grandchildren as well as her extended family members.
Ruth is predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Sr., her daughter, Jacquelyn and her sister, Frances Burke.
Surviving are her five sons: Robert J. Jr, Edward F., Thomas G., Joseph F., and James E.; her daughters: Ruth I. Kanaley and Frances M. Kanaley; her cherished 12 grandchildren. 10 great-grandchildren and her 1 great great-grandchild.
Relatives & Friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054. With her Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at Saint Ann's R.C. Church, 781 Smith Road, Parsippany, NJ. Internment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
