Ruth Ann (Lomas) Lambert, 80, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2023, at her home in Warren, Ohio.
She was born on April 9, 1942, in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Paul and Gertie (Howard) Lomas.
Ruth graduated from Pymatuning High School in 1960.
On August 9, 1984, she married Delford "Del" Lambert, Jr.; they were blessed with thirty-eight years of love, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and everlasting memories.
Ruth worked as a finisher for Carlisle Incorporated for fourteen years and then for Kraftmaid Industries for 5 years.
She was a member of the Silver Sneaker's Program at the YMCA. Ruth enjoyed crossword puzzles, word searches, tending to her flowers in her garden but most importantly she loved being "Granny" to her many grand and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Del; her beloved children: Bob (Lynne) Miner, Robin Miner, Roger (Cassidy) Miner, Kimberlee (Scott) Bates and Tracy Kemmer; her sixteen grandchildren; her nineteen great-grandchildren and her siblings: Paul (Millie) Lomas, Nancy Fisher, Janet (Floyd) Overly, Karen Van Dyne, Barb (Mickey) Struthers and Louise (Larry) Yockey.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Irwin Miner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 11:00a – 1:00p with a funeral service to immediately follow at 1:00p at Fleming and Billman Funeral Home, 49 West Jefferson Street in Jefferson, Ohio. Burial will take place following the funeral service at Williamsfield Cemetery, 7867 OH-7 in Williamsfield, Ohio.
