Ruth Lee Obituary
Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Ruth Algie Price Lee, age 95, of Peach Orchard Road passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held-11:00 AM Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Antioch United Methodist Church in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Blake Martin. Family reflections will be shared by Lee Holley. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lee was born on October 19, 1930 in Johnston County to the late Hubert and Sarah Algie Broadwell Price. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Kenneth Pittman and daughter, Teresa Colleen Holley. Prior to retirement, she worked in textile manufacturing. She loved her garden and her flowers and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Matthews Boykin of Four Oaks; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; sister, Shelly Carter of Selma; brothers, Ivey Price of Selma, Jim Price of Wilmington, and John Price of Pine Level; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to the service in the sanctuary of Antioch United Methodist Church and following the committal service in the church fellowship hall.
