A graveside service for Ruth Ann Osborne, 83, of Kopperl, will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in the Brazos Point Cemetery in Brazos Point, Texas, with Pastor Donald Worlow officiating.
Ruth Ann Osborne, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in Keene, Texas. She was born on November 19, 1942, in Brazos Point, Bosque County, Texas, and spent her life devoted to her home, family, and faith.
Ruth was known for her gracious nature and her quiet strength. She had a profound love for gardening, which brought her joy and a sense of peace. Her dedication to her family was evident in everything she did, and she cherished the time spent with her loved ones.
As a devoted wife, Ruth embraced the role of caretaker, providing a loving home for her family. She was also a devoted sister, deeply connected to her siblings throughout her life. Ruth held her faith close to her heart, guiding her actions and interactions with others.
Ruth was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mike Osborne; her parents, Rufus Lee Phillips and Whynama Lucille Dyer and her sisters, Noreita Howard and Mary Elizabeth Cryer.
She is survived by her son, Danny Osborne, and wife, Mary; her daughter, Loretta Scott, and husband, Danny; her grandsons, Michael Scott and wife, Danielle, Taylor Scott and wife, Amanda, Chris Mosteiro and wife, Amanda; her granddaughter, Courtney Hill, and husband, Adam; her great-grandchildren, Mason Scott, Levi Scott, Harper Scott, Jaden Nebel, Avery Hill, and Marcus Hill; sister, Dorothy Hendrix and husband Johnny; brother, Roy Glen Phillips and wife, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Ruth Ann Osborne's memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege to know her.
