Ruth Ann Petschauer, 76, of Barnesville, OH passed away on October 15, 2024 at Astoria Place of Barnesville. She was born on August 22, 1948 to the late Richard "Dick" James and Alvina (Price) Tozer. She is also preceded in death by three sisters Dixie Baker, Peggy tozer, and Barbara Richmond, two brothers Richard Tozer and Eugene Tozer, three nieces Tina Strawn, Sara Johnson, and Kimblerly Coleman, four nephews Johnny Baker, Chris Orum, Scott Orum, and Kelly Orum. Ruth worked for several place in her days, Wheeling Downs, Sonny Boys, and Big Boys to name a few. She was Catholic by Faith, and loved her family. She is survived by three children Richard J. (Margaret) Tozer of Bridgeport, Jeffery Tozer of Martins Ferry, and Lisa Petschauer of Martins Ferry. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
