Ruth Ann Sappington, age 95, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on November 5, 2024. She was born in Grove City, Ohio on November 18, 1928 to the late Walter and Kathryn Keil.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William R. Sappington, her siblings Don (Joan) Keil, Allan (Anna) Keil, Clayton Keil and Rosie (Gail) Turnbull, her son-in-law Bob Chain, and her brother-in-law, Fred Day.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Bill (Sandy) Sappington and Bev Chain, her grandchildren, Billy, Angel, Courtney, Katelinn, and Tommy, her great-grandchildren, Cameo, Madison, Owen, Dakota, Cassidy, and Melanie, her sisters, Fran Day and Kathy Clark, dear friend Michael Schwiebert, and many extended family members and friends.
Ruth was loved by everyone who knew her. She was an extremely active member of St. John's Lutheran Church for years. She will be deeply missed.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 10am-12pm for calling hours at St. John's Lutheran Church. A funeral service will follow starting at 12pm. Burial will take place at Grove City Cemetery (Old Section.)
