Ruth Schoeber Obituary
Ruth was born in Granite City, Illinois, on October 4, 1940, to Herman and Marie (Noud) Schoeber. She married Robert Diamond in 1958. He predeceased her. She married John Sekora, and together they had Jay Sekora, now of Quincy, Massachusetts, and Bevin Sekora, now of Durham, North Carolina. John predeceased her. She later married Donald H. Johnson. He predeceased her. Others who survive her besides her children Jay and Bevin are her son-in-law Sean Dowdall, her son's life partner Mare Freed, her grandchildren Rider and Genesis Dowdall, her brothers Herman Schoeber III and Robert J. Schoeber, and other members of a large family. In accordance with her wishes there will be no service.
