Williamsport, MD – Ruth Lois "Ruthie" Zepp, 77, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Doey's House Hagerstown, MD.
She was born on June 11, 1948, in Frederick, MD to the late Thomas and Madeline (Springer) Grams.
Ruthie was a graduate of Middletown High School Middletown, MD.
She was a Caregiver until her retirement.
She was a member of New Life Christian Ministries Hagerstown, MD.
Ruthie enjoyed sewing, cooking, and making different things. In her earlier years, she loved going skating and boating.
She is survived by her husband, David William Zepp, she was currently his primary caregiver; daughter Wendy Reeves; grandsons Joseph Reeves and Weston Reeves; seven brother and sisters.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son Randy Zepp and three siblings.
Funeral services will be held at Harmony Church of the Brethren 3924 Brethren Church Rd. Myersville, MD on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ken Harris officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Monday from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
