Olpin Stevens Funeral Home - FillmoreRyan Clark Bennett, age 51, passed away on March 6, 2026, in Los Angeles, California, following recent medical complications.
Ryan was born on May 5, 1974, in Delta, Utah, to Ted Clark Bennett and Karen Pace Bennett. He married Hollie Whatcott on April 12, 2024.
Ryan was raised in Holden, Utah, and graduated from Millard High School in 1992. During his high school years he enjoyed playing football, wrestling, and was the Visual Arts Sterling Scholar.
Ryan was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in the California San Diego Mission. Ryan held many callings within the Church. He was very involved with the young men and Scouting. Ryan was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow.
Ryan loved construction work, woodworking, and working on cars. He had a remarkable eye for beauty and could see it in everything around him—from dated buildings and rusty cars to the people he encountered daily. Ryan was always there for those he loved. He gave to others selflessly and was always willing to listen, comfort, and love without judgment.
Ryan is survived by his beloved wife, Hollie, and their daughter, Adie; his children, Taylor Lynn and Chase Ashby of Fort Collins, Colorado; his parents, Ted and Karen Bennett; his siblings, Jerid Bennett of Holden, Utah, Nicholas Bennett of Pleasant View, Utah, and Tamra (Jarvis) Robison of Fillmore, Utah; along with 13 nieces and nephews who adored him.
Ryan will be deeply missed. His compassion and ability to uplift others left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
A viewing will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 6-8pm and again on Saturday March 21, 2026 from 9:30-10:30am, followed by the funeral service at 11am.
