Ryan DeLellis Obituary

Ryan John DeLellis, a beloved husband, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend, was born on March 22, 1992 in Voorhees, NJ to his loving parents, Michael and Jaqueline (Goan) DeLellis that he strived to make proud everyday. He lived a wonderful but short 33 years of life before suddenly passing on November 15, 2025.
Under the coaching of his father, he spent many years playing baseball and hockey. His love for sports didn't end there though; he spent many years cheering on his Philadelphia teams. Every Sunday, you could find him with a 30-pack of Busch Light, in an Eagles jersey, pacing around the living room whether winning or losing.
Ryan grew up in Marlton, NJ, and graduated in 2010 from Cherokee High School with a class size of about 500 (300 of whom were his best friends). He went on to attend Stockton University majoring in their hospitality program. Over the past 15 years, he grew his career in the liquor industry becoming an invaluable part of the Canal's family. He loved his work and took great pride in sharing his incredible knowledge of wine and beer. Ryan could walk into a room full of strangers and leave with two new friends. He developed eternal friendships from preschool through college, all of which he cherished everyday.
He was an incredible son-in-law to Steve (Sue) Henderson, whom he would do anything for. He was an admired brother of Michael (Erin) DeLellis, Pat (Kristin) Henderson, and Chris (Jaime) Henderson. He was honored to be promoted from brother to uncle by his brother Michael and Erin (Ramos) DeLellis through his two nephews, Blake and ("Killa Cam") Cameron, and his niece Demi ("Demi Girl"). He was also a proud uncle to his five Henderson nieces: Sav, Livvy, Charlie, Kenz and Coco.
He was a beloved nephew, himself, to Deb (Peg Cieslinski) DeLellis, Karen McDonald, and Nancy (Jim) Mellet. He was also a loved cousin of Jimmy (Jessica) Mellet, Jessica (Brett) Druzak and Kristin (Luca) Casabella.
Ryan and Katie (Henderson) DeLellis were in their first married year of building a life rooted in laughter, loyalty, and companionship. Their story began working together in Canal's Bottle Shop of Marlton, NJ, and continued to grow through a shared passion for food, drinks, family, and friends over the following seven years. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, a place where Ryan spent many nights in the bourbon room he proudly built - FaceTiming cousins and friends, looking up sports statistics, reading about the latest alcohol trends, or watching dog videos with Katie by his side. Ryan adored Katie deeply, and together they looked forward to a future filled with travel, holiday traditions, and the joy of starting a family.
Ryan's legacy will live on through all of us each day. His spirit, kindness, and love will remain with us forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Sunday from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt. 73 & Evesham Road, Marlton, NJ and Monday from 10:00-11:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Church, 100 Willow Bend Road, Marlton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday, at the church. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
To honor Ryan's legacy we are requesting that people wear Flyers, Eagles or Phish attire.
In lieu of flowers, Ryan would have loved for you to go get a beer in his honor.
