He was born December 25, 1971, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Robert L. and Linda L. Jenkins Dorman.
Surviving are his mother, Linda L. Dorman-Hanes, of Henderson, TN; a daughter, Kasey (James) Cupp, of Laurelville; a son, Wesley Dorman, of Cincinnati; grandsons, Levi and Logan; brothers, Rob Dorman, of Chillicothe and Brandon (Sherry) Dorman, of Ashland City, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and many friends, including a childhood friend, Frankie Penwell. He was predeceased by his dad, Robert L. Dorman and a daughter, Kaylee Dorman.
Ryan worked as a Pipe Fitter for Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 189 out of Columbus, OH. Ryan loved to restore classic cars, especially Chevrolet and Pontiac.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024 in Evergreen Cemetery on Sour Run Road in Jackson County, Ohio. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 5.

Ryan Neil Dorman, 52, of Chillicothe, passed Monday, April 1, 2024 in Grant Hospital, Columbus following an extended illness.
He was born December 25, 1971, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Robert L. and Linda L. Jenkins Dorman.
Surviving are his mother, Linda L. Ryan was my son n law and father of my grandson Wes. He had his battles with life but this time God was ready with open arms.
To his family. I am so sorry but
Noone pain . He gave his life to God when pastor Crammer visited him Friday morning. I was there.
He could hear I told him Wrangler, His dad and grandma Margaret would becwaiting on him.
My thoughts with be with friends and family on Saturday but I had preplanned trip. God Bless
